Moscow, September 12. The hands-on training organised by the specialists of the 'Operational Research' area of the Aluminium Association for the management of Moskabel Plant LLC revealed a number of opportunities to improve production efficiency. The implementation of the proposed changes, in particular, reducing time for equipment changeover, will help the plant in the near future to increase cable output by 14% (up to 118 km per month) using the existing capacities.

Products of Moskabel Plant LLC are supplied to the leading companies in the energy, transport, construction and other industries. The current annual output is up to 10 thousand km of cable and wire products, including innovative TEVOKS cables with aluminium core. The company's management praised the level of production experience and technical training of the Association's experts, and plans to continue cooperation aimed at improving the efficiency of the production facility.

Moskabel Plant LLC pursues the goal of constant improvement of labour productivity and product quality. The hands-on training demonstrated the potential to achieve new ambitious results. The effect of the implementation of a set of measures will improve the efficiency of all structures at the production facility, in addition to increase in the quantity and quality of products.
