‘Landskrona’ (brand name VARI®) is rightfully the main innovator in the Russian market of aluminium cookware. Among the VARI® collections are new products and technological expertise. Even in 2011, ‘Landskrona’ was the first in Russia to launch production of cookware with a ceramic coating (Fresca Ceramica collection). Then in 2013, pre-empting the trend, the company became one of the first to manufacture ‘stone’ cookware (Pietra Minerale collection).
At present, ‘Landskrona’ is not willing to give up its position and, following tradition, has become the first in Russia to present a new line of aluminium cookware in a unique wooden design.
Meet the new product of the season, the cookware collection VARI® Foresta, with a safe non-stick coating and unique eco-design.
Inspired by noble wood patterns, leading Italian designers developed a new type of safe non-stick coating with a ‘wood’ pattern in 2016, which ‘Landskrona’ engineers used for the creation of their new cookware collection. The first prototypes of the cookware with a similar design were seen recently at the last Ambiente exhibition in Frankfurt.
The non-stick coating for cookware collection Foresta is water-based and entirely safe for health. It was manufactured by one of the leading European companies and is applied directly in Italy.
The Foresta pan shape is specially selected and optimised by ‘Landskrona’ engineers; the optimum combination of side height and metal thickness guarantee uniform heating, and the special bent back side protect the pan from damage.
The unique design and clean Italian style highlight any interior and are an accessory for any cooking fanatic, and the lack of similar products in the Russia market will ensure long and stable consumer interest in this cookware collection.
The Foresta collection is currently offered of two tones: dark and light oak, as well as the two most ‘marketable’ sizes: 24 and 26cm. All pans in the Foresta collection have removable handles. A radical expansion of the products in the line is being scheduled soon.
