The main areas of focus for Unistem are the engineering of unique solutions for building frameworks, as well as developing systems for increased factory operation or so-called modular façade glazing.

Russian specialists with more than 10 years of experience develop Unistem’s modular façade glazing systems. The advantages of the systems are that it is quick to assemble, easy to plan and is minimally dependent on weather conditions and humans.

The production of material and components for the company’s own systems is outsourced. The total production capacity of the facilities that issue products under the Unistem brand consists of around 100,000 tonnes of aluminium profile per year.

One of the objects built using the Unistem system is the LCD ‘Gulf Lamps’ from the company BFA-Development. The complex features large panoramic glazing from floor to ceiling and adjustable exterior blinds on each balcony. Thanks to modular glazing technology, the work to install the facades was completed ahead of time.
