Design of aluminium structures

METAKON CENTRE was established in 1994 and commissioned by Моsprojekt 4 and KB OM-PROEKT to develop a design project for metal structures for the folding part (120х180 m) of the Luzhniki Big Sports Arena roofing; METAKON CENTRE specialises in designing supporting structures made from aluminium alloys and steel, intended for a variety of purposes, including responsibility levels 1 and 2 building structures, a combination of bearing and fencing functionality.

METAKON CENTRE:

ensures the placement of production, assembly, testing and monitoring orders;
designs structural materials (SM) during the following phases: engineering (E), detailed design (DD), structural engineering drawings (SED) and combinations of the above;
has experience in reducing, in a quality manner, the time to produce structures due to the outpacing development of SED drawings before the SM project completion;
issues request specifications for metal at the initial stage of SM design project development.

The company's projects are based on more than 45 years of experience in the construction and operation of large-span aluminium and steel structures protected by 75 inventor's certificates and patents of the Russian Federation, the United States, UK, France, Italy, Germany and Austria.
