‘InKomPro’ manufactures high quality aluminium slugs, ingots for aluminium pipes and cylinders for aerosols. A particular success for the company is the production of specialised pipe slugs for the creation of aluminium pipes of the highest quality with improved consumer properties made from the purest A7 primary aluminium.

The ‘InKomPro’ company offers aluminium slugs of unique quality, as the aluminium tape is not used repeatedly in the production process. ‘Production waste’, the perforated tape is treated as a separate product with the aim to ensure a production process which recycles waste. There is steady demand for perforated tape in production that doesn’t require primary aluminium and use the technological features of perforated tape. The tape is used as a raw material for the production of aluminium products of high quality and can be replaced with aluminium slabs. The symmetrical holes in the tape allow for its use in the construction sector.

InKomPro supplies its products of aluminium tape made from primary aluminium with a thickness between 3.4mm and 7.2mm and width of up to 190mm. If necessary, aluminium tape can be cut into aluminium strips of the length according to the customer’s needs. The possibility of tape orders and collaboration in this area are additionally specified.

The engineering department of our company has many years of experience in complex repairs and services in the maintenance of rolling mills, and offers repairs services for rolling mill production equipment. We perform quick diagnosis and repairs of rolling mills, as well as complete overhaul and restoration of casting and rolling mill equipment. Our company offers manufacturing and repair of parts, units, appliances and technological equipment.

The company was founded in 2002 and is the first in Russia to supply Russian slugs in the national and international markets. The head office of the company is located in St Petersburg, the manufacturing of the aluminium slugs takes place in Irkutsk Region, and offices can be found in Moscow, Tashkent and Tegeran.

In 2015, the production capacity of InKomPro in terms amount of slugs produced was 100,000 tonnes a month, and in the production process this capacity reached 350,000 tonnes a month. The amount of slugs manufactured by the company in 2015 constituted 1,395 tonnes. Constant quality control of the products, raw materials, levels of services offered and modernisation of production put the company in a top position in the Russian market and continuously increase the amount of slugs produced.

Product quality control at InKomPro is implemented in compliance with European standards DIN.
