Astek-MT was founded in 2006 and is located in the Krymsk city, Krasnodar region. Our Company is one of the five largest plants in the Russian Federation in terms of volume of production capacities in its sector and is engaged in production of the following products:

• customer individual design aluminum profiles of any degree of complexity of AD31, AD35, AD0 alloys;
• self-engineered KRAUSS aluminum and PVC profile systems;
• accessories and components for ESSE profile systems.

The production complex of the Company is unique, “closed” and includes: a foundry (about 50,000 tons of aluminum columns per year), a workshop for production of matrix tools (2,500 matrixes per year), an extrusion unit for aluminum profiles (5 press lines, production capacity - about 25,000 tons of finished products per year) 1100 tons - 2 units; 1460 tons - 1 pc; 1880 tons - 2 pcs., a painting shop (2 lines for applying powder-polymer coating in an electrostatic field, productivity - about 11,000 tons per year), an anodizing line (capacity - 9,000 tons of profiles per year).

The total area of production facilities is 100,000 square meters, which includes built-in gas turbine power station, a central laboratory and a large address warehouse. The enterprise facilities include built-in equipped meeting rooms for guests and employees of the enterprise, assembly halls for training and conferences, a dining room, a cafe, a gym and a hotel for employees and guests.

For the moment, the Company has mastered the range of more than 6,000 types of aluminum profiles, including KRAUSS architectural profile systems:

• 1. KRF-50 - facade system and its modifications, top-hung windows, smoke escape hatches.
• 2. 2. KRWD-64, KRWD-71 - window-door (“warm”) profiles series with a polyamide thermal insert.
• 3. KRLS-64 - lift-slide ("warm") series with a polyamide thermal insert.
• 4. KRWD-45 - window-door ("cold") profiles series.
• 5. С640, Р400 - integrated glass curtain wall.
• 6. KRVF – hinged ventilated facade system.

The products of Astek-MT are certified according to GOSTs, RosstroyCertificate and international certificates.
