ALUNEXT produces aluminium profile from AD 31, 6060 and 6031 alloys. The company’s strategy focuses on developing complex, precise, architectural and construction profiles, well as developing production of profiles based on customer drawings.

The quality of the company’s products is certified by Gosstandard Russia and the quality management system used is certified to ISO 9001:2008 standards, awarded by international certification organisation TUV SUD Management Service GmbH.

To ensure the quality of the profile geometry the company uses a compact measuring system RomiShapeDT from company Romidot (Israel). This system is based on optical and computer methods that ensure a quick, accurate and objective automatic check of the geometrical form of the profile in the production process.

The company is also equipped with an automated line ‘Compact-1250’ for paint application, using a method where the powder-paint is applied to the metallic surface of the profile electrostatically. TVU-380 Thermal vacuum technology is used to paint and decorate sheets and other items (powder, panels, trade fair items, door and window fittings).

ALUNEXT appeared on the list of ‘1000 Best Companies Russia’, awarded with a commendation and medal from the Russian government.
