We anodise aluminium. We produce aluminium extrusions, parts, sheets and products of aluminium.

We launched our anodising line in 2011, because we could not find the high quality services in our country. Up to 350 tonnes of aluminium pass through our hands every month.

When we were starting the production, our mission was to ensure the quality of aluminium finishing at the level of European producers. The perfect appearance of aluminium surface is our key advantage for which we are paid more than others.

We accomplish the following tasks:

We prepare an aluminium extrusion drawing, when the customer has only a sketch. We help to interlink a system of extrusions.
We select a required metal alloy, quenching and ageing condition.
We develop furnishing for aluminium extrusion subject to high requirements to the front side of the product.
We control the production of aluminium extrusions preventing any defects.
We finish the surface. We grind, polish, brush, anodise and paint.
We treat at CNC machines. We mill, drill, saw and do radius bending.

We anodise with the coating thickness of up to 90 microns
Automated anodising line with baths of 6.2 m in length and 2.5 m in depth
The maximum extrusion length is 6.1 m.
Sheets up to 6 x 2.5 m.
Electropainting in 6 colours — Silver, Champagne, Gold, Bronze, Cognac and Black.
Organic painting in 49 colours as per the Clariant catalogue, the maximum part size is 1.5 m.
