Andrey Tsydenov is the CEO of the Aluminium Alloys Plant from 2011.
He started work at age 17 on the main assembly line of AvtoVAZ, as an assembly fitter. After military service, he enrolled at the Bauman Moscow State Technical University to major in Pipe Manufacture. As a post-graduate student at Moscow State Technical University, he managed the creation of a major construction materials production facility. In 1995, he began working in recycling at companies that collected metal scrap. In 1999, he took part in the creation of a new aluminium smelter (Voskresenks, Moscow region), which he then managed until April 2011.
