The Rosla anodising facility was founded in 1995 and is the leader among domestic companies in providing anodising services for aluminium extrusions and aluminium products.
Additionally, the company has developed and produces a wide range of systems of anodised aluminium extrusions for furniture and interior items.
The product line includes more than 200 various extrusions and is grouped into 14 systems for each type of furniture.
Anodised aluminium extrusions produced by the company are widely applied in the construction, automotive, electrotechnical and defence industries.
In addition to anodising by the eletrochemical method into various colours, the facility has also implemented the following technologies:
- Hard anodising.
- Chemical polishing.
- Organic painting.
Production facilities of the company:
- 4 high-tech anodising lines made in Germany and Italy.
The total capacity is around 1,000 tonnes of anodised aluminium per month. - Bead-blasting and scratch brush equipment.
- Automated packing centres.
- Warehouse space of over 10,000 sq. m.
The quality management system of the company is certified in compliance with ISO 9001.
The warranty of the high product quality level is annual successful confirmation of Qualanod certificate and obtaining of the Russian Quality Diploma.
